SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Overview

All orders are dispatched from our main warehouse in Israel. Orders placed before 1pm (local time) on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. Any orders received over the weekend or on holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

1 - Refunds + Exchanges

At Skiera, we gladly accept returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order. You can choose to receive either a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or store credit to use on your next purchase.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or color, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the same style, depending on availability. If you’d like to switch to a different style, we kindly ask you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Please note that all sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend choosing carefully during promotional periods.

2 - How to Make a Return

To start a return, please email us at [insert your email] with the subject line: “Skiera Return”.

In your message, include your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for your return, and whether you'd like a refund, store credit, or an exchange (for a different size or color of the same style).

Once your return is approved, you may send the item back using any shipping method of your choice. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Skiera is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3 - Return Conditions

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team to confirm it is in its original, unworn condition, your return will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited as part of the return.

4 - Size and Colour Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, you have two options to proceed:

  1. You can follow our standard return process at no extra cost for the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you the replacement in your requested size or colour, along with a new order and shipping confirmation.

  2. Alternatively, you may place a new order for your desired size or colour before returning the original item. This way, you can be sure your preferred option is still available and on its way to you. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund and notify you by email.

5 - Faulty Items

At Skiera, we take great pride in the quality of our garments, and we want you to enjoy each piece wear after wear. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@skiera.co including a description of the issue and clear photos that show the fault on the garment.

Once we receive your message, our team will carefully review the case and get back to you with the next steps to resolve it quickly and fairly.
